Glimr (“Glimr”) is a social discovery platform that allows you to make new connections and engage with people online.

United States Residents: PLEASE NOTE THAT SECTION 11 OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION. THESE PROVISIONS AFFECT HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND OUR COMPANY MAY BE RESOLVED.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1. Scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of Glimr and our related websites, content, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and our community guidelines. You also confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.

The content of these Terms may vary from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, but we encourage you to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1.2. Who Can Use Glimr
You may sign up and use Glimr if:

You can legally form a binding contract with our company.
You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under the age of digital consent in your country.
You have never been convicted of a sexual offense.
Your User Account is not suspended for violating these Terms or our community guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we suspect non-compliance with these conditions.

2. CREATING YOUR USER ACCOUNT
To use Glimr, you must create a user account (“User Account”). When creating an account, you must provide accurate information, including a profile picture, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Misrepresenting your identity or age is prohibited.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and apply age-based restrictions for user safety. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us immediately if your account is compromised.

3. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
Glimr offers a range of free features, including messaging, friend requests, and user connections. As there are no paid services in Glimr, you will not encounter any subscription-based or in-app purchase features. Access to Glimr’s features is entirely free of charge.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We hold exclusive ownership of the intellectual property rights related to Glimr, including logos, designs, animations, videos, text, and code. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Services for your private, non-commercial purposes.

Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use of our intellectual property without written consent is prohibited.

5. YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you share on Glimr, but by using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our Services.

6. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES
You agree to use Glimr in compliance with all applicable laws and our community guidelines. You must not engage in any of the following:

Posting harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
Using others’ names, voices, or images without their permission.
Interfering with the functionality or security of Glimr or using automated means to collect information.
We reserve the right to delete content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines. You are responsible for any consequences arising from your actions on the platform.

7. NOTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS
7.1. Participation in Ensuring Safe Use
Although we do not monitor user content continuously, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment on Glimr. We encourage users to report inappropriate content or behavior via the app or by contacting Glimr@infilnt.com.

7.2. User Reporting
If you come across any content or users that you believe are violating our guidelines or the law, please report them using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly.

8. LIABILITY
8.1. Disclaimer
Glimr is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We make no guarantees about the availability, security, or error-free operation of Glimr.

8.2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Glimr, including data loss or unauthorized access to your account.

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are not allowed, our liability shall not exceed $100.

9. TERMINATION
9.1. Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for serious violations of these Terms or our community guidelines, with or without notice. If you disagree with a suspension or termination, contact us at Glimr@infilnt.com.

9.2. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us. These Terms remain applicable as long as you use Glimr.

10. DIVISIBILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.

11. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (FOR U.S. RESIDENTS)
11.1. Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court. The arbitration will be conducted under JAMS rules.

11.2. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions
By using Glimr, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts of the user’s local jurisdiction.
